Newly developed and patented sawing machine shortens reinforced conrete chimney by 5 metres a day

On the grounds of the BASF in Ludwigshafen a 200 metre high reinforced concrete chimney had to be reduced; the site of the chimney did not allow it to be dismantled in the usual way by blasting or chipping it off.
We are frequently faced with this kind of extremely difficult and tricky tasks.
