Sawing technology

At the beginning of 1998 we developed a technology (sawing technology) which can dismantle chimneys, cooling towers and tower-like buildings vibrationless and dust-free.

For example: a 140 m chimney in Berlin, 100 m chimney in Hanover, 2 x 65 m cooling towers in Leuna and lots more.

The interior climbing saw with tower design consists of a central mast that has a platform at the bottom with a drive unit and a hydraulic control system.

Dismantling instead of demolition or detonation

A concrete smokestack that has to be removed in the middle in the city directly next to a major 6-lane road with a tram stop directly in front of the smokestack. The smokestack is 100 meters high with a diameter ranging from 3.60 - 6.40 meters, and on the edge of a factory site, the gatehouse with public traffic is 10 meters from the foot of the smokestack.

After successfully dismantling smokestacks in Europe with the 2003 S sawing machine, Mr. Barnsteiner, director of the company, developed another sawing machine for dismantling smokestacks that can handle concrete thicknesses up to 70 cm: the 2004 S.
